The AKS "fiber-kut" Cutting System is built with completely welded base construction and precision ground surfaces. The machine includes a dual pallet, inline shuttle with safety light curtain protection. Using helical rack & pinion drive systems for maximum speed and precision, the most accurate cut parts achievable are produced. A Class 1 safety enclosure is standard including safety interlocks on all access doors, large viewing windows, special laser safety glass, and a lighted interior. An optional scrap conveyor is available for automatic scrap removal, saving time from manual clean out.
