CNC portal milling machine table design : FBS-125 CNC / FBS-175 CNC / FBS-225 CNC is a machine tool CNC controlled provided with a vertical travelling headstock.
The machine is purposed to roughing and finish-machining of steel bodies, castings of cast iron, cast steel and of light metals such as: welded structures, bodies of turbines, bodies of machinery, etc.
Modernity of machine design is demonstrated in practical solution and in providing a rigid portal equipped with one travelling headstock of high power drive of a milling spindle placed on a stationary traverse, and a set of special angle milling heads to realize 5-side machining of a work piece not requiring change of its arrangement on a worktable
The portal milling machine provides performance of number of jobs, such as: longitudinal, transversal milling, holes drilling, reaming, and boring.
