The manual tool presetting and measuring machine specifically developed by ZOLLER for crankshaft cutters with inner tool cutting edges is equipped with two guide axes (in Z and X direction) as well as a pivoted rotary table spindle to accept tools. Fitted with a probe for tactile tool measurement and an optional incident light camera for the inspection of cutting edges, the »aralonBasic« can precisely measure run-out and concentricity, diameters and cutter widths. Due to its all-round workshop compatibility it can be placed directly in the production chain.
