Lucas is pleased to announce that we have been acquired by the Fermat Group, a manufacturer and worldwide supplier of Horizontal Boring Mills and Cylindrical Grinders, located in the Czech Republic. Lucas is an exclusive importer of Fermat Horizontal Boring Mills in the United States. Fermat permanent presence in the United States is very beneficial for prospective customers. Sales, service and spare parts availability are an integral part of our customer service efforts.

Lucas still continues to supply SPARE PARTS, SERVICE, rebuilding and retrofitting of the LUCAS, CARLTON, and NATCO product lines.
We focused on the quality of our products while maintaining unparalleled status in their field. While keeping up with the latest innovations in technology, we have managed to be steadfast and loyal to traditions for 89 proud years of manufacturing.
