MBB's 1T version for processing heavy component, mid-range electrical tension, copper busbars. This MBB 1T version CNC machining center is narrow and with a length such that it's capable of nonstop (pendular) cycles with easy loading/unloading operations from the side. MBB's table is a cast iron, T-slot type for securely anchoring the self-centralizing clamping fixtures, which each hold pair of busbars during the processing cycle. MBB's working unit is CMS' KX3, 28 kW power (37.5 hp), 4300 rpm at S1 rating, 24.000 rpm maximum, liquid cooled, with 8-place on-board tool changing capability.
