Bennett Mahler design and manufacture spring making equipment. The range of spring grinding machines includes single pass crash grinders, downfeed grinders, tandem grinders, twin plate grinders, single end grinders, water cooled grinders and external chamfering machines. We also manufacture the range of ‘Maxicoil’ servo driven lathe type spring coiling machines which are ideal for producing small and medium quantities of compression, tension and torsion springs. These are available in wire sizes from 0.2mm up to 31mm and can be used to produce springs for a variety of industries including aerospace, performance cars etc. Other machines produced in our factory in Redditch, England include spring scragging machines and auger coiling machines. We also have a department which rebuilds all models of spring coiling and spring grinding machines.- Our products are exported to over 50 countries.
