In this machine components are loaded on monorail type overhead hanger of the machine. Multiple hangers may be used for proper hanging of these components. The motorized hoist trolley enters into the inlet of the machine and reach the work cabinet where 12 no’s wheel stations are stationed which fire abrasive on the forward moving components. The job is squarely shot blasted and cleaned and then the job is taken out through outlet vestibules. Outside the outlet vestibules job enters into the blow off chamber where 4 no’s of powerful blower vertically mounted, which blows air at high velocity so that shots and dust etc. lying on components is removed. The clean components come out from outlet tunnel for unloading at outlet part of conveyor from where it is lifted manually and removed.Then the hangers are taken to the original positions through the motorized hoist mechanism.
