‘BED TYPE-FIXED GANTRY’ structure, comprises of thick walled well-ribbed base having integral bed-ways. Base, gantry & work-table are made of graded cast iron, which offer low vibrations, more rigidity and stability while working. The machine is mounted on rugged steel structure, which accommodates coolant systems and operating control panels.

Comes standard with stepper motors & micro-stepping drives, ball screws, LMGs, 24000 rpm water-cooled spindle motor, which all-to-gather with its sturdy construction offers vibration-free smooth movement of axes while working.

Capable of 2D & 3D ENGRAVING on most of material i.e. carbon steel, C.I., M.S., aluminum, copper, brass, wood, plywood, MDF, fiber-board, acrylic, nylon and other plastics.

CNC Controller
 Full featured hand-held DSP controller having high performance core processor.
 The controller enables to use G-codes / M-codes for 3D operations.
 Allows direct import of G-code (NC) files.
