Wellsaw Horiz. Band Saw Model 1316S-SA Semi-Auto, US Made, Swivel Head, 13" x 16" capacity. Swivel Head Miter Bandsaw A true swivel head, the 1316S is a hydraulic feed, hinge type, mitering band saw. It adjusts quickly and accurately from 90° to 30° (0° to 60°) with no need to swing the stock or adjust the vise jaws. The 1316S will cut a 13” round at 90°, 10.5“ at 45°, and 8” at 30°. It’s very easy to use, making it ideal for jobs requiring frequent angle changes. All the features of our model 1118 plus the versatility of a swiveling head. The Wellsaw model 1316S-Auto bandsaw combines the labor savings of unattended automatic operation with the versatility of a swivel head for miter cuts. Operation requires very little training and is quick to set up in either automatic or manual sawing modes. -Capacity 13" high x 16" wide. Cuts miter angels to 60 degrees. -Menu Set-up with Membrane Keypad and LCD display. A simple conversational menu is used to set up the jobs. Control panel provides convenient prompts to manual jobs that can easily be run from control panel as well. The operator selects the length and the count and the machine does the rest. Multiple jobs can be stored. Kerf compensation and multiple index calculations are automatic Highly accurate bar-feed uses encoder measuring system -Automatic Cutting Force Control. Saw does not rely on springs and counterweights -Blade Break / Stall Switch is standard.
