6,500 rpm Turning

Enables true turning operations at speeds up to 6,500 rpm, surpassing traditional milling-based rotary transfer machines.
Supports a wide variety of turning processes (e.g., step, taper, chamfer, contour, threading) with 14 turning chucks, allowing up to distinct processes with tolerances below 10 microns.

5-Axis Simultaneous Machining

Utilizes Technica modules providing movement along X, Y, Z, plus A (0° to 90°) and B (rotational intervals of 1°) axes.
Allows independent and simultaneous processing, treating each module as a separate CNC machining center.

G-Code Programming

Integrated Beckhoff automation enables comprehensive CNC capabilities and compatibility with G-Code used in both machining centers and CNC lathes. Facilitates seamless CAM system integration for complex workpiece geometries.

Plug&Run Chucks

Innovative chuck system allows for rapid replacement (under 1 minute) without mechanical adjustments. Enhances operational efficiency by significantly reducing downtime during part changes.
