In this machine first of all the components to be shot blast is hanged on the hanger of the machine with suitable fixtures at loading / unloading station. Then the hanger is indexed into the blasting chamber for shot blasting purpose. Two Nos. of blast wheel stations are located strategically around the cabinet fires abrasives on rotating components. The components are shot blasted homogeneously all around. Then the next hanger is indexed in the blasting chamber automatically thus making the process continuous.
