Carl Stahl Craftsman Enterprises Private Limited is a joint venture company of Carl Stahl International GmbH, Germany (an investment firm of Carlstahl GmbH) and Craftsman Automation Private Limited, India, which was formed in the year 2007. The Joint venture of these two companies commenced its operations in July 2008.

With the objective of using rich experience of Carl Stahl in material handling industry and strong manufacturing expertise of Craftsman Automation, the joint venture was formed to provide the end user a “Reliable, Effective, Efficient & Economic Lifting” solution.
