The AF 228/B is designed specifically to deliver excellent fixed angle notching services. The compactly built machine is outfitted with a shearing head in GS500 fusion, featuring downwards maneuverability.

The workbench is thoughtfully provided with cone-shaped slots that can efficiently house the squares. The slots are designed to be conical in order to grant a high degree of rigidity to the squares which facilitates excellent exactitude in the shearing operations.

The focal point of the machine is its automatic adjusting ability for the slack between the lower and upper blades, ranging from 1 to 8 mm thick. The advanced innovation has been bestowed with a Simasv patent. The cutting process begins from either the base or the tip of the blades for 6 to 8 mm thicknesses.
