A Stage based 2 Dimensional Measurement System that is a true Vision Measurement System (VMS). It uses a high precision measurement stage with linear encoder scales to deliver precise measurements across long dimensions. Standard Stage is 5 micron resolution, and 150 mmx150 mm travel. However, finer resolution and longer travel stages are also available. The Stage can also be motorized and made programmable. Excel and Word reports can be exported.
