VDT 30 is a Vertical Turning Center designed to accomplish Brake Disc parallel turning. It has an additional servo-controlled axis with single tool mounting for simultaneous machining of front & back braking surfaces. The machine is equipped with A2-8 Spindle, Heavy Duty Linear Motion Guideways for X & Z axes while Hardened Ground & Box (Ram type) Guideways for the B axis with 18.5 kW of Continuous Spindle Power. Offered with complete Tooled-Up package which includes Work Holding, Tool selection, and Component prove out.
