We cover the whole workpiece spectrum from small parts with a size from approx. 50 mm (approx. 2 in) diameter up to large parts with dimensions of approx. 47,000 x 7,000 mm (approx. 1,850 x 276 in). 5-axis HSC/HPC machining centers from bavius are the perfect solution for cutting applications that demand productivity, precision and reliability. 5-axis simultaneous machining and complete machining of parts in as few set-ups as necessary provide for significantly reduced cycle times. Additional automation for even less non-productive time is a further major factor to increase productivity.
