Pyramid style Roll Bender with bending radius predetermination, three shafts are gear driven and hardened, ground high strength steel. This machine is very flexible and suitable for a wide variety of products in the field such as tubes, flats, angles, I beams and special profiles. The machine is composed of a welded steel frame. We gave much importance to the stiffness and solidity of the machines body without being extremely heavy. All important mechanical parts are made out of alloy steel, casehardened, hardened, tempered and rectified. This machine is also equipped with universal standard rolls and swinging single control straighteners with hydraulic adjustment.
