New complete beam drill line system including material handling conveyors and cross transfers for 60' long material. The system has the ability to layout anything on all four sides of beams, or other structural shapes, through the CNC. Software is Tekla and SDS2 compatible. Others on request. The bandsaw is double miter and is the largest of Akyapak's saws. Other options that make it more productive are on the stock machine. It is ready to go. The system is the most productive on the market today. Each of the 3 spindles have tool changers. The material clamping area has a 24" wide window, allowing for 3 holes, or layouts to be processed simultaneously. Underside layout is done with a separate scribing station. Scribing is done with 20,000 RPM tools with air motors in them, making it fast. You can see it in the video link. Automated layout greatly reduces the need for expensive fitters downstream.
