Consisting of following aggregates:

1.)

Height adjustable Vacuum table with belt for machining smaller parts, width of vacuum track

approx. 780 mm wide, in the middle of the belt, Belt drive motorized with 3 kW-Motor steplessly adjustable for a feed range 1-10 m/Min.,

steplessly height adjustable table up to 60 mm, all operations can be deducted by a joystick and

position and speed are displaye3d by a DRO, Device is suitable for wet grinding process.

2.)

Wide abrasive belt roller unit, roller dia. 180 mm x 1350 length, Drive 15/19 kW, roller speed step-

lessly adjustable 11 m/sec, fine positioning of height of roller and pneumatic Oscillation of abrasive

belt crosswise. Various spare Abrasive belts available.

3.)

Vertical Grinding/Deburring Disc (Disc/Brush/System) with a dia. of 1200 mm, consisting of easy adjusting nylon Pads/Segments in different Quality available, ideal for cleaning and deburring

And rounding of edges on differend workpieses. Also possible to machine WP with different heights.

Motor Drive 7,5 kW, the Disc is oscillating ( drive  2,2 kW)  crosswise on full width of 1350 mm.

4.)

Wide abrasive belt roller unit, roller dia. 180 mm x 1.350 length, Drive 18,5 kW, roller speed step-

lessly adjustable up to 11 m/sec, fine positioning of roller and pneumatic Oscillation of abrasive belt

crosswise. Various spare Abrasive belts available.

5.)

“Wet”-Grinding Execution = complete System consisting of Coolant agent supply by pumps and a

Band Filter System built-in the buttom of the machine. Coolant Supply thru the Hollow Spindle of

the disc unit, return of coolant thru the belt into the coolant tank.

Coolant mist collector mounted on top of machine and ventilation unit for drying the workpieces.

Splashguards and sidedoors in stainless steel.

6.)

Control panel on left side of machine with ampere meters for motor power and digital readouts for

Speeds and positioning, joystick for table adjustment.

Rollers for the workpiece thru-feed in font and back area of machine, Emergency-stopp !
