jei bearings was established in the year 1999. the company is engaged in manufacturing of Bearings (automobile and industrial application) and Automobile, Engineering and Bearings component. The company is using latest machinery and quality control equipments for the manufacturing of different types of bearings. the company can also manufacture products as per customer’s requirement. at present.

The company is supplying Bearings component to SKF India Ltd. and also export to Global Supply for Kinex Bearing Slovakia.

jei bearings are made from prime bearing steel of the grade sae-52100 (oxygen contents within 15ppm only) for races and rolling elements. retainer is manufactured from crca, edd quality steel.

Bearing races & rollers are hardened and tempered with 60+ 2hrc. bearings are manufactured with standard dimensions and tolerance as per international standards. races and rolling elements are super ground to get best finishing and very low roughness average value.

JEI in quality of bearings is maintained by exercising right control at each and every stage of manufacture, form raw material to finished products.
