STANDARD ACCESSORIES

a) Blast Cabinet with Inspection Door, Bucket Elevator, Abra¬sive Cleaning System, Abrasive Storage Silo & Cabinet Roller conveyor system with tube guiding arrangement.

b) Automatic Abrasive Control Valve cum sound reducer.

c) Four Nos. of Blast Wheel Assembly complete unit with bear¬ing housing and motor and mounting plate.

d) Cabinet Liner –The entire cabinet is lined with long life Mn. Steel Sheet having thicknesses 10 mm are provided. The Door is also lined with 10 mm Mn. steel plate.

e) Reverse Pulsejet type Dust Collector with dynamically balanced blower and casing with Pleated type bag with Reverse Pulse Jet dust bag cleaning system. Ducting to connect dust collector unit to the main work cabinet is provided. Damper Valve is provided in ducting to control ventilation.

f) Independent Cubical Control Panel with ammeter and Voltmeter and timers, push button, contactor, thermal overload relays with MCB, overload protection, PLC with HMI, indicating lamps and main isolator etc.

g) Electrical Motors various motors as details in the technical specification sheet having TEFC Construction 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles. Generally as per enclosed Technical Specification Sheet.
