In maunfacturing, automation can be a necessary component. Standard centrifugal disc machines do have this automation for loading and unloading the media and parts, but the truth is current automation for the load and unload takes up floor space, requires a high ceiling, or can also be a slow process taking away from valuable machine up time. Hammond Roto-Finish, using the standard Roto-Max®, developed a new version of the automatic centrifgual disc machines to help address these issues. Starting with a completely new way of thinking about this type of automation the Roto-Max Revolution® has the centifrugal disc, classification screen, and media hopper attached to an actuator arm for a quicker, lower profile automatic centrifugal disc set up.
