The WX-5000 stainless steel wet dust collector extracts metal and other combustible contaminants from plant air. The interior of the wet collector contains strategically located baffles to wash water over airborne dust and redirect it into the water tank below. The collector can be ducted directly into an industrial machine such as a widebelt sander to extract combustible dust at its source. Diversitech’s Wet collectors are 99% efficient with particles 3 microns and larger. When dealing with sub-micron particulate, a HEPA after-filter is required to achieve the correct filtration efficiency.
