YK8425 is a CNC gear rolling machine with 2-axis coordinated CNC. Its control axis includes: Z rolling tool rotation, X feed motion of rolling slide.
The machine is of vertical design. Rolling slide carries out radial rolling feed motion. The tool spindle of the worktable carries out the roller rotation and driving the workpiece to rotate. The electrical cabinet is at the left rear of the machine. The hydraulic oil tank is separated from the bed of the machine. Metered lubrication system is at the right back of the machine. Colling system is inside the bed.
