This machine consists En grade forged close loop conveyor system which consists of 4 No’s (or more as per requirement) of chain driven trolleys with fixtures to hold the hangers. The components to be shot blasted is placed on these hangers and one by one taken inside the blast chamber for blasting purpose by the chain driven mechanism. Blast wheel stations are located strategically around the cabinet fires abrasives on rotating hanger that contain components. The components are shot blasted homogeneously all around. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheel is shut off and hanger is taken out for unloading of component. Thus making the process continuous.
