This manually operated capstan lathe is highly suitable for mass production. Multiple tools like turning, drilling, internal / external threading, groove machining and parting can be done on this machine in single setting.

Using quick clamping collet device, bars up to 25 dia can be effectively machined.

The base machine can also be used for second operation using lever component slide and lever tail stock instead of 6-station turret slide and parting slide.
