The dust collector consists of an air filter cartridge chamber, exhaust air chamber and a dust hopper. By the suction of air exhaust blower, the dust laden air enters into the filter chamber and passes to air exhaust chamber through air filter cartridges. The dust particles are trapped into the filter cartridges and dust free air collected into the air exhaust chamber, from where it is conveyed to the exhaust chimney through blower. An air manifold is provided with the filter chamber, the pressurize compressed air is collected into the air manifold and purges into the air filters cartridges through nozzles controlled by solenoid and auto sequential timer. Thus the filter cartridges are cleaned by a pulse of high velocity compressed air expanding against the inner surface of the cartridges. The expanding air momentarily reverses the air flow, releasing trapped dust. The dust particles fall away from the cartridges and into the dust hopper for removal.
