The machine is constructed with a flat bed. The turret is integrated on the cross slide featuring compact design and high rigidity.
High precision LM guideways are fitted on X/Z axes for high positioning accuracy, stick-slip-free operation, fast response and heavy load. X axis ball screws is preloaded for high feed accuracy and high speed.
A servo turret is installed with 8-stations, 3- piece Hirth coupling and hydraulic clamp. It has good features of water-proof, chip-resistance, fast and reliable indexing, positioning and clamp.
Rigid bearings are fitted on spindle for high rigidity and accuracy. Axial and radial run-out<=0.003mm. Spindle speed up to 5000 rpm.
