Since 1963 breton (670 employees-861.112 square foot) manufactures state-of-the-art machine tools. the high speed machining centres are specially conceived for aerospace, formula 1, automotive and die-mould sectors. breton’s machining centres have rapid up to 2,360 ipm and use powerful electro-spindles up to 56.6 hp, torque up to 348 lb-ft and speed up to 40.000 rpm: flymill with 5 interpolated axes, direct drive technology twisting heads with c axis continuous and working area range (x,y,z) from 78.7x 98.4x 39.4 in to 157.5x 393.7x 78.7 in; matrix with 3-5 interpolated axes, twisting heads with c axis continuous and working area range (x,y,z) from 78.7x 63 x 31.5 in to 157.5 x 315 x 51.2 in; xceeder 5-axes with rotary-tilting table and autom.changing pallets; xceeder 900rtµ for micron precision needs; ultrix for turning, 5 axes milling and grinding in one setup: turning diameter up to 39.4 in, loading capacity up to 2645.5 lb and turning spindle up to 1000 rpm.
