Headstock
Powerful, High Rigidity
The headstock gearbox is designed for high spindle torque at low speeds which facilitates efficient machining of large components or hard material. Hardened and ground gears are used in the headstock for smooth drive with less noise. High precision bearings are fitted at optimum spacing for enhanced spindle rigidity and rotary accuracy. The machines are equipped with manual gear change with auto gear change as an option for higher efficiency and productivity. Direct drive spindle structure is also available for high speed machining. Large spindle bore enables big bar capacity. High precision manual chuck is equipped.
Hydraulic or pneumatic power chucks are available at request.

CNC Control
Latest, Advanced, Powerful
The latest FANUC, SIEMENS, FAGOR, GSK or other CNC control system are fitted with advanced and powerful features. Additional to ISO-code programming, operator-friendly teach-in editing or conversational programming with intuitive interfaces can be accomplished with additional software, ie Manual Guide 0i & I, Manual Machine Plus (MM+) and ShopTurn. It helps to operator to generate part programs quickly and efficiently with powerful and comprehensive graphics packages. Electronic hand wheels for X and Z axes, feed joy stick and spindle start lever can be installed at request for easy manual operation. It makes the machine a perfect combination of simple manual operation and versatile CNC operation which optimizes the skills of the operator.
