today, advanced machinery companies is comprised of four divisions: advanced machinery concepts, advanced tool & supply, advanced jones machinery and advanced machinery movers. though each division has its own specialty, they all play a collective role in the ongoing success of the advanced machinery family.
advanced machinery concepts specializes in high-production machining solutions. in addition to time studies, runoffs, and roi analysis, our highly trained staff of application engineers make this division completely equipped to handle everything from single machine orders to fully automated turnkey manufacturing cells.
advanced tool & supply specializes in servicing the needs of the toolroom customer. we have the most complete inventory of toolroom cnc and standard machines in the area. we also stock a comprehensive inventory of accessories and supplies. whether it’s a cnc machine, a digital readout, edm supplies, or carbide inserts, we have what you need to keep your shop running.
advanced jones machinery takes its name from its original founder, jack jones, who started the jones machinery company in 1952. after purchasing the business in 1979, we decided to keep the jones name and simply add the "advanced" name in order to maintain consistency within our rapidly growing company. this division specializes in the purchasing and selling of used machinery. we handle everything from single machine purchases to complete plant liquidations, as well as
trade-ins. in addition, we have three certified machine tool appraisers on staff to ensure that you get an accurate assessment of your business.
our fourth and final division is advanced machinery movers. this is our shipping, rigging and hauling division. they offer competitive non-union rates, and specialize in everything from single machine moves to complete plant relocations. you can be sure that our fleet of semi-tractor trailers and lift trucks, along with our experienced crew of millwrights, can satisfy all of your shipping, rigging, hauling, and millwright needs.
